Ownership of the Website

The Owner will retain full ownership of all components of the Website, including all content, copyrights and other intellectual property rights and Consultant hereby assigns to the Owner all of its existing and future right, title and interest, including all Canadian and international copyrights and all other intellectual property, in the Website and each element thereof, which for the purposes hereof shall include without limitation all computer programming, formatting, and service codes, any files necessary for the operation of the Website and all documentation and written materials developed by Consultants in the course of its performance under the Agreement. Consultant waives all moral rights in all components of the Website.

Notice

Information provided to the website on an interactive basis shall be utilized solely by the shopping centre owner and merchants of the shopping centre in connection with their businesses. Such information shall not be provided to any other third party without the express consent of the person who originally provided the information.
