Being in restricted mall areas such as back corridors without mall permission is prohibited
Distributing printed materials on mall property and/or soliciting of any kind is strictly prohibited
Leaving vehicles on mall property overnight without mall permission is prohibited
Motorized wheelchairs or medical scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors
EATING & REST AREAS
Please refrain from abuse or damage of mall property or prolonged use of food court tables and mall seating
Unauthorized loitering is prohibited including sitting in the Food Court for extended periods of time with no food or drink
AUDIO & VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Personal entertainment and electronic devices may only be operated at acceptable levels and locations. Photo and/or video devices may only be used with prior approval from Mall Management
Unauthorized attire that may be considered objectionable, constitutes a disguise and/or intention to conceal identity, are not permitted
Running, skateboarding, rollerblading, littering, profane language, horseplay, fighting, mischief, vandalism or unsafe bicycle operation is prohibited. Marlborough Mall reserves the right to administer and enforce all mall rules and policies in accordance with the provisions of the Trespass to Premises Act of Alberta.
